Royal Mail Industrial Action

Due to planned Royal Mail strikes in the upcoming weeks, there will be delays to deliveries of UK orders shipped the day before, on the day of, and immediately after days of strike action.

There are a few days of industrial action set to take place over the next few weeks.

• 9th, 11th, 14th, 15th, 23rd & 24th December

We must extend our lost parcel policy to allow 14 working days for UK orders to be delivered throughout this period due to the expected disruption.

To minimise delays, please select our 24hr Tracked shipping method for UK parcels in the 'Shipping' section of the checkout process. This service will ensure that your parcel is prioritised by Royal Mail and has a much lower chance of being delayed.

This won't be automatically selected so if you'd like this service then please select it otherwise you'll received standard FOC shipping and your item may be delayed due to the industrial action.

If you need you item by a certain date then please allow adequate time for delivery.
